1. What are the main materials of your retractable artificial fences?
Our fences are primarily made of high-quality PE (polyethylene) for the leaves.
2. Can I customize the color and size of the fences?
Yes, customization options are available. We offer a standard color palette including green, beige, and brown, and can also match specific PANTONE colors upon request. For size, our fences can be adjusted from 1m to 3m in length and 0.6m to 1.8m in height. Custom dimensions beyond the standard range are negotiable for large orders.
3.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, and PayPal for small orders. Other payment terms can be negotiated based on our mutual trust and order value.
4. How long does production take?
For standard orders within the MOQ, production usually takes 15 - 30 working days. Custom orders may require an additional 5 - 7 days for design approval and adjustments.
